Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 60 days before the festival (before May 23, 2026): Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations 30–60 days before (May 23 – June 22, 2026): 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 30 days before (after June 22, 2026): No refund, but your registration is transferable to another participant with our approval. Email info@harmonyfarmfestival.com to arrange a transfer.
Festival cancellation by organizers: If we cancel the festival, all registrants receive a full refund within 30 days.
How to request a refund: Email info@harmonyfarmfestival.com with your name and registration date. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Terms of Registration
By registering, you agree to participate at your own risk in physical activities including contact improvisation and movement practices. You confirm you are 18 or older (or have parent/guardian consent) and in adequate physical health to participate. The organizers reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive without refund.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, email, phone number, dietary needs, and emergency contact for the sole purpose of administering your festival registration. We do not sell, share, or distribute this information. Payment information is processed by Stripe (for credit card payments) or Venmo (for Venmo payments); we never see or store your payment details. Contact info@harmonyfarmfestival.com to request deletion of your data after the festival concludes.
